When defaultScheme is set to true and the scheme was not already the default, any previous default is unset. When defaultScheme is false or omitted, the flag is set to false; editing the current default scheme this way un-defaults it without promoting a replacement, leaving the organization with no default scheme. Non-translatable (NT) rate fields are returned as zero when the organization edition does not include the non-translatables-in-analyses feature.
