puts response.read_bodyUndelete term base
Restores a term base that was soft-deleted via DELETE /api2/v1/termBases/ with purge=false, before it is permanently purged. Idempotent: calling it on a term base that is not deleted returns 204 No Content. Project and project template assignments removed when the term base was deleted are not restored and must be re-attached. A term base deleted with purge=true cannot be restored and the request fails with 404 Not Found. Governs the term base resource itself (name, languages, ownership, whole-term-base deletion) via account-level term-base rights. This is distinct from the per-term content permissions on the terms/concepts endpoints below, which also allow LINGUIST users assigned to the project (see createTerm/updateTerm/deleteTerm). Term base only; does not accept a glossary UID. Glossaries have their own dedicated account-level CRUD under /api2/v1/glossaries.
